Busy Bee...

So far March was crazy for me and April is going to be even nuttier! I have so many showcases and so much planning to do for Dethrose!  Friday was my first real Fashion Show at the Chez Mignon: House of Pretty Things event and let me tell you how amazing it was!! I really couldn't be any happier than I am right now but man oh man am I exhausted! I am so tired in fact my body told me to SLOW DOWN! I came down with the worst cold ever! That feeling where your head feels as of it floating above your body unattached. I hate that feeling. I am also the worst sick person in the world, aside from my sister, I just cant rest. My mind doesn't allow it. Yesterday I was in such bad shape but that did not keep me from organizing my closet and washing my delicates.

Today I awoke feeling a little better so I thought I should get out in this heatwave of 71 Degrees and do an outfit post! Yep, Chicago is in the 70's today!!! Not letting myself get too excited though, the weatherman disappointed us all with a 50 degree and rainy Monday...blah:(

I thought I would show you my favorite new skirt I scored from an estate sale on Friday. 1950's handmade circle skirt in a lovely light blue color. Also, my new 1960's tapestry handbag with inside matching clutch! I will have more to show you tomorrow, I scored all 40's-60's clothing at the estate Friday and some of the pieces I may not be able to part with...did I mention everything was my size! Yeesh! Like I need anymore! hahaha

I hope you all had a lovely weekend!! Stay tuned for many more announcements and newness:)

That skirt is *amazing*!! You look so pretty.
And I'm so jealous of your heat wave; it's going to snow here tomorrow :(

Don't listen to your sister. you both need to take better care of yourselves and take time to rest once in a while. and your right, your sister is the worst sick person ever. glad to hear your doing well, business wise, just know that we are wishing you success. keep up the great job.
