Where you can find me....

So for those of you who didn't know, my store used to be named Max & Chloe Vintage. If this is your first time visiting, Welcome. This weekend was a long long long weekend! It was kind of like a final farewell to Max & Chloe and a huge Hello to Dethrose Vintage!! I started this weekend on Saturday morning shopping and digging at my favorite secret spots for last minute touches for my sale at The Vintage Bazaar. Then came Saturday afternoon, stamping my new name on cute library tags, wrapping last minute sales for my lovely vintage customers and refilling on espresso!
2 packages I hope my customers are just as excited to receive as I am to wrap them:)

Then my Saturday night, finishing up my organization of all the items I was bringing to the Vintage Bazaar. I was so so excited for that Sunday, despite having to wake up in the wee hours to pack up the truck. This was the first vintage show where I was bringing my entire Vintage collection, except for like 30 items. If you know my collection, that's a lot, I mean a LOT. Luckily I could count on my dear friend Emmi to help me out with the loading and unloading, setting up, hanging with me all day and not to mention, the use of her truck. I mean, is that a good friend or what. It was nice to have someone there to experience it with me. So Sunday, the day arrived. I was so excited and nervous at the same time. Nervous because you just never know how people will respond to your booth. From the moment we arrived there, I was smiling ear to ear. Familiar faces, returning customers from the other sales and my etsy even came by to say hi and shop, the beautiful people in the lil Chicago vintage community. Knee Deep Vintage, Bombshell Shocked Vintage, Joules Jewels Vintage, Tessaboo Vintage, Jen Style Vintage, Heliopsis and of course the lovely 2 women who made it all happen, Libby and Katherine in The Vintage Bazaar. They really do go all out for us to make this happen. Reaching out to our awesome fans, finding a great space to have it in and organizing it to the point that it is so smooth to get in and out for set up. I mean really, it couldn't have gone better. The only good/bad thing was I was sooooo busy, I didn't have time to visit with everyone but hey thats ok. Thanks everyone for coming out and stay posted on the announcement for the next one. I know I will be....
Emmi and my new Bazaar sign, it was just too perfect for the sale!!
The crowd was wonderful!!

I was able to sneak away for about 10 minutes to catch Nicole from Bombshell Shocked Vintage and bought a very gorgeous, Betty esq kinda dress (shocking right?!) and I will be posting photos this week promise!! Along with numerous New items added to Dethrose Vintage on Etsy!!!
